ساخت حساب پذیرش نسخه ۲۰۲۶/۱۰/۰۸ این شرایط است. اکسپندیفای دی‌ام ابزار کسب‌وکار است و بخشی از Meta، Instagram یا Google نیست. حریم خصوصی پردازش داده را توضیح می‌دهد؛ پذیرش شرایط رضایت تبلیغاتی نیست. باید مجاز به پذیرش تعهدات و مدیریت کسب‌وکار و حساب متصل و نمایندگی سازمان باشید.
Acceptance and scope
Creating an account accepts these terms, version 2026-10-08. Xpandify DM is a business tool, not part of Meta, Instagram or Google. The Privacy Policy explains processing; terms acceptance is not marketing consent. You must be legally able to accept obligations and authorized to manage the business, connected accounts and any organization represented.
حساب و تیم
اطلاعات ثبت‌نام و تماس را درست نگه دارید. مسئول امنیت رمز، کد پیامکی، بازیابی، دستگاه و نقش تیم هستید. حساب دیگران را بدون اجازه متصل نکنید. دسترسی مشکوک را لغو و به پشتیبانی اطلاع دهید. اداره پلتفرم تنها از ورود خصوصی مدیر مجاز است.
Accounts and teams
Keep registration/contact information accurate. You are responsible for passwords, SMS codes, recovery, devices and team roles. Do not connect accounts without authorization. Revoke suspicious access and contact support. Platform administration requires private admin sign-in.
قواعد استفاده
اسپم، فیشینگ، تقلب، محتوای غیرقانونی، نقض حقوق، برداشت غیرمجاز داده، حدس رمز، دور زدن سهمیه و حمله ممنوع است. قوانین و قواعد اینستاگرام و کانال‌ها را رعایت کنید. شناسه مشتری یا سبد نیمه‌تمام اجازه نامحدود ارسال نیست؛ رضایت لازم و پنجره مجاز پیام را بررسی کنید.
Acceptable use
Spam, phishing, fraud, unlawful content, infringement, unauthorized data extraction, password guessing, quota evasion and attacks are prohibited. Follow laws and Instagram/channel rules. A customer identifier or abandoned cart is not unlimited permission to message; respect required consent and messaging windows.
مسئولیت کسب‌وکار
محصول، تصویر، قیمت، موجودی، ارسال، کیفیت، بازپرداخت و اجرای سفارش یا نوبت بر عهده شماست. حقوق متن و تصویر را داشته باشید و پست واردشده را بررسی کنید. رسید یا سفارش تأیید وصول وجه نیست؛ تأیید پرداخت و اختلاف با مشتری بر عهده کسب‌وکار است. خرید و رزرو باید واقعی و شفاف باشند.
Merchant responsibilities
Your business is responsible for products, images, prices, stock, delivery, quality, refunds and fulfilment. Hold content rights and review imported posts. An order or transfer receipt does not prove funds arrived; payment verification and customer disputes remain your responsibility. Sales and bookings must be genuine and transparent.
پاسخ خودکار
پاسخ خودکار ممکن است اشتباه یا ناقص باشد. قیمت، ظرفیت، تعهد مهم و اطلاعات حساس را بررسی و ارجاع به انسان را تنظیم کنید. صحت همه پاسخ‌ها، فروش مشخص یا درآمد تضمین نمی‌شود. داده را به‌روز و اختیار خودکارسازی را آگاهانه انتخاب کنید.
Automation
Automated responses may be incorrect or incomplete. Review prices, capacity, commitments and sensitive information; configure human handoff. Every answer’s accuracy, specific sales and income are not guaranteed. Keep data current and choose automation permissions carefully.
اتصال و ارائه‌دهندگان
Meta، Google، هوش مصنوعی، ایمیل، پیامک و تلگرام به مجوز، شرایط، سهمیه و دسترس‌پذیری ارائه‌دهنده وابسته‌اند و می‌توانند تغییر کنند. مجوز لازم را نگه دارید. قطع اتصال یا لغو مجوز امکانات وابسته را متوقف می‌کند. دسترسی نامحدود پیام یا دور زدن محدودیت وعده داده نمی‌شود.
Connections and providers
Meta, Google, AI, email, SMS and Telegram depend on provider authorization, terms, quotas and availability, which can change. Maintain permissions. Disconnection or revocation disables affected features. Unlimited messaging or bypassing provider restrictions is not promised.
پلن و هزینه
امکانات، سهمیه و قیمت در پنل پلن نمایش داده می‌شود؛ برخی نیازمند تأیید و پیکربندی‌اند. پیش از تعهد مالی مبلغ، دوره و شرایط همان خرید را بررسی کنید. تغییرات طبق اطلاع پنل یا سرویس هستند. حقوق قانونی بازپرداخت و شرایط صریح خرید محفوظ‌اند. دور زدن سقف مصرف مجاز نیست.
Plans and charges
Features, limits and displayed prices appear in the panel; some require verification/configuration. Review the amount, period and purchase terms before a financial commitment. Changes follow panel/service notices. Statutory refund rights and express purchase conditions remain protected. Do not evade limits.
محتوا و حریم خصوصی
مالکیت اطلاعات شما تغییر نمی‌کند. برای ارائه سرویس طبق حریم خصوصی پردازش می‌کنیم. مجوز و رضایت لازم مشتری را دریافت کنید. ایمیل پیشنهادها و اعلان خارجی اختیاری و قابل لغو هستند. اصلاح، خروجی و حذف را از تنظیمات یا پشتیبانی درخواست کنید.
Content and privacy
You retain ownership of your information. We process it for service delivery under the Privacy Policy. Obtain required customer authorization/consent. Offer emails and external alerts are optional and withdrawable. Request correction, export or deletion through Settings or support.
وقفه و پایان استفاده
تعمیرات، قطعی، تغییر ارائه‌دهنده یا خطا می‌تواند وقفه ایجاد کند؛ برای تعهد مهم مسیر جایگزین و سابقه مناسب داشته باشید. برای امنیت یا بررسی سوءاستفاده و نقض شرایط دسترسی ممکن است محدود شود. اتصال را قطع و درخواست حذف دهید؛ نگهداری طبق حریم خصوصی بررسی می‌شود. حقوق غیرقابل حذف قانونی محفوظ‌اند.
Interruptions and ending use
Maintenance, outages, provider changes or errors may interrupt access; keep alternative processes and records for important commitments. Access may be restricted for security or investigating abuse/violations. Disconnect and request deletion; retention follows privacy review. Non-excludable legal rights remain protected.
نسخه و تماس
نسخه و زمان پذیرش ثبت می‌شود. تغییر مهم اطلاع‌رسانی و در صورت لزوم پذیرش یا انتخاب جدید دریافت می‌شود. سوال، شکایت، مشکل دسترسی یا درخواست اطلاعات را به پشتیبانی پایین صفحه ارسال کنید. شرایط جایگزین الزام قانونی کسب‌وکار شما نیست.
Versions and contact
The accepted version/time are recorded. Material changes will be communicated, with renewed acceptance/choices where needed. Send questions, complaints, access problems or information requests to support below. These terms do not replace applicable business legal requirements.
